Join Muslims in Rail for a unique, day-long celebration across four UK cities — starting in Glasgow, then on to Manchester, Birmingham, and ending in London — all in just 24 hours!
We’re marking both Eid-ul-Adha and Railway 200 with a day filled with food, faith, fun, and connection — a fresh take on our annual Eid dinners, brought to life on the move.

The MIR 24HR Eid Tour is open to all Muslims in Rail members, as well as colleagues, friends, and family from the wider transport and infrastructure community. Whether you join for one stop, a few, or the whole tour, you’ll be part of a meaningful experience rooted in unity, celebration, and connection.
💡 How to Get Involved
Register using the form below for the city/cities you’d like to attend
A core MIR leadership team will travel by train between cities — you’re welcome to join them or make your own way
You’ll need to cover your own travel costs between cities — whether travelling with the group or independently
If you complete all four stops (Glasgow → London) with the MIR team:
You’ll receive 50% off your travel to Glasgow and a twin-share overnight stay in Glasgow
You’ll only need to contribute approximately £50
The same offer applies in reverse for those based in Scotland needing to return home after London
