Ever tried a fast? Why not join others from all faiths on MIR Fastday – this Friday 30th April. Fast all day from 9-5 or like your Muslim colleagues from Dawn till Sunset (3.54am to 8.25pm in London). Just make sure you have a hearty breakfast and plenty of water before you start!
