Muslims in Rail hosted a group of rail and transport professionals, including Gareth Powell (Managing Director, TfL) and Staynton Brown (D&I Director, TfL), at a special Ramadan Iftar at East London Mosque. Speakers included Harun Khan (MCB), Abdul Maalik Tailor (Muslim History Tours), Rashid Bayley (TfL) and Imam Fadel Soliman (Bridges Foundation). The evening included special presentations, a guided tour, Q&A with an Imam, viewing of prayer and finally a delicious Iftar meal!
