Muslims in Rail London Ambassadors and volunteers helped at the Annual Perfect Prospects Career Fair at East London Mosque, which saw c.200 young people throughout the day seeking job & career advice. It was great example of effective collaboration between many Muslim voluntary networks / charities, supported by several HS2 (High Speed Two) Ltd framework organisations (such as Gleeds Currie & Brown and Arcadis hosted at a leading Faith centre. Such events are essential for young people during these uncertain economic times, with many people concerned on future prospects. We hope we can continue to do & inspire similar good initiatives to benefit young people, often from under privileged backgrounds, throughout the UK – inshaa’Allah!
